Biography
Yolanda Cuomo founded her own graphic design studio, which serves a variety of prominent cultural and commercial clients. Her projects have included art books, exhibition catalogs, album and CD covers and ad campaigns. Yolanda’s recent work includes exhibition and catalog design for the upcoming Diane Arbus retrospective scheduled for the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, art direction of graphic material of Laurie Anderson's performance of Moby Dick and the design of limited edition portfolios for Richard Avedon. She has taught at Parsons School of Design and the School of Visual Arts and has received awards from the American Institute of Graphic Arts, the Society of Publication Design, the Art Director's Club and the International Center for Photography.
